Where the Future Begins

Content

Purpose

Content is where publishing work belongs. This includes pages, articles, categories, and other content records as the system grows.

Content Manager

Content Manager is the admin home for content-related records. It helps admins understand which content owners are available and where to manage them.

Pages

Pages are public site pages. Use Pages for structured site content that belongs in the normal public page tree.

Articles and categories

Articles and categories belong to publishing workflows. Categories organize articles so visitors and admins can understand where content belongs.

Publishing states

Content may have states such as draft, published, archived, or similar manager-specific labels. Published content is intended for public display. Draft or archived content should not be treated as live public material.

Ownership rule

Use the manager that owns the record. Do not manage public navigation from Content. Do not manage users from Content. Every tool gets its own job, which is how the system avoids becoming one giant drawer full of mystery cables.

Before publishing

Check title, slug or route, body content, visibility, and menu placement if the content should appear in navigation.
